Sold in 49″ & 55″ Lengths
Square cut, butt together nicely.
Due to shipping, these are the only lengths that we can ship.
Cost of shipping up to 8′ UPS and over 8′ via. common carrier, is prohibitive.
This solid aluminum threshold is 3-1/2 ” wide and 5/8″ tall at the high point.
Can be screwed or glued to floor.
We suggest a combination of adhesive such as LocTite PL375 and tapcons, glue and screw
the threshold to the floor.
We DO NOT provide fasteners or glue due to variable install conditions and to keep shipping weight to a minimum.
Threshold is not pre drilled in any way, again, due to varying job conditions.
Very robust product, will support heavy machinery such as for lifts.
This product serves multiple purposes.
Garage door threshold seal helps to keep out
snow, dirt, leaves and other debris.
It also helps to hold back water from getting under the door.
Garage Door Threshold seal, along with the correct garage door bottom
seal will provide an excellent seal of the garage door to the floor.
We also carry hard rubber threshold in Black & Gray.

With the correct bottom seal on the door and this threshold installed on the
floor, you can get any door to seal properly.
