This product is glued to the garage floor and works with the
garage door weather seal.
Garage door threshold seal helps to keep out
snow, dirt, leaves and other debris.
It also helps to hold back water from getting under the door.
Garage Door Threshold seal, along with the correct garage door bottom
seal will provide an excellent seal of the garage door to the floor.
Keeps out rodents, snakes and small pests.
Resistant to oil, gas, antifreeze and other commonly used chemical substances.
Reduces rust and moisture damage to tools and machinery.
Endures temperature extremes-wont crack, move or shatter.

Meets CA. fire marshal and CPAI-84 requirements for flame resistance.
This is a very durable product, thick yet pliable, very dense. It will provide many years of reliable service.
This is a very robust product, dense EDPM rubber that is hard yet
flexible. It does not compress when driven over.
1/2″ long at the high point, the long edge goes under the door, the hump
is placed along the inside edge of the door.

We supply a 10 oz. tube of adhesive that is more than enough sealant.
Very easy to install. Fit the threshold to the proper lenght. Use a utility knife to cut the threshold.
Position the threshold under the door then using a pencil mark along both the inside and
outside edge of the threshold. Open the door, pick up the threshold and using a
calk gun apply the sealant to the floor between the lines.
Lay the threshold in place, close the door, fine tune the position of the threshold and
clamp the door closed.
