NOTE:

Does not work on square rails – this is for T style rails only.

When replacing this part, check for wear to the belt assembly. Also inspect the pulleys both front and back, these are the pulleys that control the belt assembly.  The belt drive models are apt to wear the carriage and the belt assembly. The front pulley also will wear in time. The rear pulley is part of the internal gear kit and shaft assembly and is not sold separately, you must replace the entire gear kit. Typically on a belt drive model, the drive gear and kit do not wear as much as the chain drive models. Belt drive models, as stated, wear the belt and carriage.

A small amount of lubrication is recommended between the inner slide that is attached to the belt and the carriage assembly itself. No lubrication on the belt of any kind at any time.
